冷凝水過濾是發電廠的關鍵系統。一個穩定的和可靠的冷凝水過濾系統可以保護鍋爐和汽輪機的安全運行，延長樹脂的再生循環，減少系統的其實時間。當機組運行時，鍋爐的主要污染物是硅和鐵，鐵會腐蝕和影響鍋爐和汽輪機的安全運行。鐵的孔徑大小是3-15um，當溫度變化，鐵在冷凝水中融化時是過濾處理的最好時機。

① Removal Iron before Mixed Media Bed  ( ultra supercritical thermal power generating units )——前置過濾器去鐵過濾

Function: Remove iron and copper corrosion particles and extend de-salt system operating cycle and protect resign. 10um depth filters are commonly used when system starting, 5um/1um absolute filter cartridges are used when system is running regularly.

② Powdered Resin Precoat Filter System (steam turbine unit)——終端過濾

Function: Widely used in steam turbine unit. Cover mixture which made of powdered ion exchange resin and fiber powder on PP wound filter cartridge. Remove iron, Colloid silicones, suspended solids and metallic oxides and have some effect on ion exchange. Corrosion items are separated by powdered resin from PP wound filter. You can flush corrosion items with powdered resin by explosion the filter. PP wound filter to be support body of powdered resin prevent the powder into heat system. 4~5um is commonly used.

③ Boiler Feed Water Pre-RO Filtration——保安過濾

Fuction: Stop new particles which are produced in the process or not removed in prefiltration to go into RO system, and protect high pressure pump and RO system. A good Pre-RO filtration system can increase inlet water quality remarkably before go into RO system. RO membrane life time can be extended,chemical regeneration can be reduced, therefore system cost is reduced too. 5um/10um is commonly used.
